Parris Hall, a 26-year-old Black male, was fatally shot on January 2, 2025, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The incident occurred in broad daylight on the 1800 block of Wakeling Street in the Frankford section of the city. At approximately 10:19 a.m., Philadelphia Police officers responded to reports of a person with a gun.
