On August 1, 2020, 7-year-old Zamar Jones, a young boy from Philadelphia, PA, tragically lost his life after being struck by a stray bullet while playing on his porch in West Philadelphia. The incident occurred around 7:30 p.m. when a gunman in a Chevrolet pickup truck opened fire at a group of people and then crashed into a red car as the vehicle sped off.
