Karique Proctor, a 25-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on November 4, 2022, in Philadelphia, PA. He was found shot inside a gray 2011 Ford Fusion on the 200 block of South Saint Bernard Street. Philadelphia Police officers arrived at the scene at 12:13 a.m. and discovered Karique suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite the immediate medical attention, he was pronounced deceased at the scene. Another victim, 23-year-old Saleem Brown, was also found in the vehicle with gunshot wounds
