On July 15, 2024, at approximately 6:00 p.m., 38-year-old Ardi Torollari of Northfield, New Jersey, was fatally shot while seated in his Volkswagen on the 200 block of South 54th Street in West Philadelphia. Responding officers found Torollari with a gunshot wound to the chest. He was immediately transported to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries shortly thereafter.
