Wilfredo Rubles, a 30-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, was tragically murdered on October 30, 2021, in Philadelphia, PA. At approximately 1:25 a.m., Philadelphia Police officers responded to a call at the 2700 block of C Street and found Rubles lying unresponsive in the street, suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite immediate medical attention and transportation to Temple University Hospital, Rubles was pronounced dead that morning.
