In the early morning hours of October 16, 2017, a burst of gunfire shattered the overnight calm in Philadelphia's Tioga-Nicetown neighborhood, leaving a young man dead and another wounded. The life of 27-year-old Brian Gravely was cut short in the driver's seat of his SUV, a tragic end to what should have been an ordinary night.
