Tyair Jabbar, a 20-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on April 3, 2017, in Philadelphia, PA. He was one of four victims in a quadruple shooting incident that occurred on the 1100 block of Stiles Street. The group of males, including Jabbar, were approached by unknown individuals who opened fire on them.
