Ayyub Leach, an 11-year-old boy from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, tragically died on November 11, 2019, from a gunshot wound to the chest. Ayyub was home alone with his older brother, 19-year-old Nikeem Leach, when the incident occurred. According to police reports, Nikeem accidentally shot Ayyub while they were in the dining room of their home on the 5700 block of Haddington Lane. Moments after the shooting, Nikeem called 911 and sought help from neighbors.
