Troy Coward, a 25-year-old African American male from Philadelphia, PA, tragically lost his life on May 24, 2021. Troy was a dedicated individual who had served in the US Navy as a rescue diver and was pursuing an Electrical Engineering degree at Community College of Philadelphia.
