In the spring of 2021, the life of Troy Coward, a 28-year-old man from Philadelphia, was tragically cut short. On May 24, 2021, he was killed in the 300 block of East Indiana Avenue. His death was one of 46 homicides recorded in the city that month, a period of significant gun violence in Philadelphia.
