Rasul Benson, a 15-year-old boy from Philadelphia, PA, tragically lost his life on October 4, 2018. He was shot in the back while at a gas station located at the 2500 block of Passyunk Avenue. Police officers responded to the scene and found Rasul suffering from his injuries, and he was rushed to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, where he succumbed to his wounds that evening.
