In the Oxford Circle neighborhood of Philadelphia, a 55-year-old man named Thomas Hennessey, who used a wheelchair, was found dead in his home on the 4700 block of Alcott Street in what was later determined to be a homicide. On the evening of October 18, 2022, police responded to 911 calls about a disturbance and screaming.
