Richard Lewis Jr., a 23-year-old man from Philadelphia, PA, was tragically shot multiple times and left to die on the sidewalk on March 21, 2017. He was found early Tuesday morning by neighbors who heard shots and called the police to 4th and Roselyn Streets. Lewis lived with his family just blocks away from where he was killed.
