Shawn Lewis, a 24-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on November 19, 2019, in Philadelphia, PA. Shawn was found suffering from a gunshot wound to his chest on the 4400 block of North 17th Street. Despite being rushed to Temple University Hospital, he succumbed to his injuries. Two other shooting victims, a 24-year-old Black male and a 34-year-old Black male, were also transported to Albert Einstein Medical Center for treatment.
