Jeffrey Jarvis, a 26-year-old Black male, was tragically murdered on December 22, 2015, in Philadelphia, PA. At around 9:45 p.m., Philadelphia Police Officers responded to a call at the 3000 block of North Carlise Street, where they found Jeffrey lying on the sidewalk with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite immediate medical attention and transportation to Temple University Hospital, Jeffrey succumbed to his injuries that night.
