In the late hours of a September night in 2014, a tragic encounter unfolded in a Northeast Philadelphia apartment that would leave one man dead and another facing the legal system. Marc Carrion, a 32-year-old male, was shot and killed inside the Holme Circle apartment of Charles Jordan. The events of that evening, which began with sounds of a disturbance, culminated in a fatal gunshot that echoed through the residence.
