Stephon Ernest Webb, a 35-year-old African American man from Philadelphia, PA, tragically lost his life on December 18, 2022. Webb, an avid Philadelphia sports fan, was fatally shot while on his way to an Eagles game in the Germantown section of Philadelphia. According to his family, Webb left his house in a rush, forgetting his keys and identification, and was shot three blocks away from his home. He was quickly rushed to the hospital but succumbed to his injuries after six hours of surgery.
