In the autumn of 2019, a horrific scene unfolded within a West Philadelphia home, forever altering the lives of a family. On October 30th, 18-year-old Sy-eed Woodson, along with his mother Janet Woodson, 51, his stepfather Leslie Holmes, 56, and his 7-year-old half-brother Leslie Woodson-Holmes, were found shot to death in their residence on Walton Avenue. The discovery was made after Janet and her husband failed to show up for work, prompting a wellness check by police.
