Damien Jones, a 16-year-old male from Philadelphia, PA, tragically lost his life on August 20, 2014. He was fatally shot twice in the chest while on the 1500 block of South 21st Street in South Philadelphia. The incident occurred just after 10:15 p.m., and Damien was pronounced dead upon arrival at Methodist Hospital.
