Death by Force

On January 21, 2020, Daykwan Carter, a 25-year-old Black male from Philadelphia, PA, was tragically killed in a triple shooting at a Target parking lot in the Wynnefield Heights neighborhood. Carter was found in a Jeep Grand Cherokee with an apparent gunshot wound to the head and was pronounced dead at the scene. Two other men, aged 31 and 24, were also injured in the shooting and taken to Lankenau Hospital in critical condition.
