Felix "Little Felix" Bocchino, aged 72, was a capo in the Philadelphia crime family. Born on October 6, 1918, to an Italian family in South Philadelphia, Bocchino began his criminal career committing petty crimes such as swindling. He served a three-year sentence in 1948 for swindling people out of thousands of dollars and was also involved in moonshining and gambling. Along with his uncle, Antonio "Tony Bananas" Caponigro, he engaged in narcotics trafficking.
