Tyrell Boggs

In the early moments of a Sunday morning, the life of Tyrell Boggs, a 29-year-old Black male, was brought to a tragic and abrupt end. On August 7, 2016, at approximately 12:10 a.m., Philadelphia Police officers were called to the 3400 block of Braddock Street in the Kensington neighborhood.
