In the city of Philadelphia, on the first of May in 2014, the life of 21-year-old Shaquille Hall, a Black / African American male, was tragically cut short. His body, wrapped in a red bedsheet and secured with duct tape, was discovered by several children playing in a narrow, debris-strewn alley behind the 2500 block of North 11th Street.
