Derrick Saunders, a 22-year-old male from Philadelphia, PA, tragically lost his life on March 29, 2020. He was shot multiple times in the back, torso, and leg in Southwest Philadelphia and succumbed to his injuries minutes later. The incident occurred on the 700 block of Locust Avenue in East Germantown.
