Rudolph C. "Manny" Ebinger III, a 37-year-old male of South Philadelphia, was fatally shot on January 1, 2021, in the 100 block of Ritner Street. Born on December 29, 1983, to Elizabeth "Sissy" Potts and the late Rudolph Ebinger Jr., he had been a lifelong resident of South Philadelphia. Ebinger worked in the contracting industry and was remembered as a kind, loving, and caring man.
