Kyle Manley, a 34-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on October 16, 2016, in Philadelphia, PA. He was found lying in the street on the 6200 block of Ogontz Avenue, suffering from a gunshot wound to his chest. Despite being rushed to Albert Einstein Medical Center, Kyle succumbed to his injuries that night.
