David Quinn Cobb, a 51-year-old male from Philadelphia, PA, tragically passed away on March 10, 2020. He was fatally shot in the head on the 1300 block of Chew Avenue in North Philadelphia. Cobb was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after the incident occurred around 8:45 a.m.
