Jake Anthony Harkins Jr., a 9-year-old boy from Philadelphia, PA, tragically died on September 6, 2013. His death was part of a devastating incident that occurred in the early hours of the morning in the Juniata neighborhood of Philadelphia. Police were called to the scene after receiving a report of a man with a gun inside a home. Upon arrival, they heard gunshots and found a horrific scene inside.
