Tyshiem Chaney, a 17-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on March 27, 2017, in Southwest Philadelphia. He was found on the front steps of a home on the 5900 block of Larchwood Avenue, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his chest.
