Jacquell Rountree, a 31-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically died on September 21, 2015, in Philadelphia, PA. He was found lying on the front porch of his family's residence with multiple gunshot wounds. Jacquell was transported to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries later that evening.
