In the early moments of a Wednesday morning in Philadelphia, the life of 24-year-old Tyjon Johns was tragically cut short. On July 6, 2022, just after midnight, the sound of gunfire echoed through the 900 block of East Locust Avenue in the East Germantown neighborhood.
