Ryan Justin Dillon, a 17-year-old White male, was fatally shot on May 25, 2018, in South Philadelphia. Dillon was in the 400 block of Hoffman Street when gunfire erupted, and he was shot four times, including once in the head and once in the stomach. He was transported to Jefferson Hospital but was pronounced dead shortly after arrival. The incident occurred around 1 p.m., and Dillon's family believes he was set up, possibly over a dispute connected to a PlayStation.
