In the heart of South Philadelphia, a young life full of promise and laughter was tragically cut short. Ryan Justin Dillon, a 17-year-old White male with a passion for comedy and cooking, was fatally shot on the afternoon of May 25, 2018. The incident occurred on the 400 block of Hoffman Street, just a few blocks from his home. He was discovered lying face down in the street with a gunshot wound and was rushed to Jefferson Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
