Rasheem Brown, a 20-year-old male from Philadelphia, PA, tragically lost his life on December 23, 2022. At approximately 7:36 p.m., Philadelphia Police officers responded to a call on the 5800 block of Catharine Street. Upon arrival, they found Rasheem lying in the street with multiple gunshot wounds.
