Rasheem Brown, a 20-year-old male from Philadelphia, was killed on Friday, December 23, 2022, in West Philadelphia. That evening, police officers from the 18th District were called to the 5800 block of Catharine Street at about 7:30 p.m. to 7:36 p.m. for a reported shooting. When they arrived, they found Rasheem lying in the street, already gravely wounded.
