Rasheem Brown, a 20-year-old male from Philadelphia, PA, tragically lost his life on December 23, 2022. At approximately 7:36 p.m., Philadelphia Police officers responded to a call on the 5800 block of Catharine Street. Upon arrival, they found Rasheem lying in the street with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite immediate medical attention, Rasheem was pronounced deceased at the scene.
