Bryan Jerome Woodson, a 35-year-old man, was tragically shot and killed on January 28, 2020, near West Oxnard Street and Aldea Avenue in Encino, Los Angeles. According to the Los Angeles County coroner’s records, the incident occurred around 10:15 p.m. when officers from the Los Angeles Police Department’s West Valley Division responded to a call of shots fired at Lake Balboa Park.
