John Konelio Tagoai, a 29-year-old Samoan man, was tragically shot and killed on May 30, 2014, in the Broadway-Manchester area of Los Angeles, California. The incident occurred around 10:30 p.m. in the 100 block of Colden Avenue. Tagoai was standing in a driveway with about six other people when a man approached and opened fire into the group.
