Jacoby Revel Plummer, a 26-year-old man from Los Angeles, was tragically killed on May 10, 2014, in a drive-by shooting. The incident occurred in the 300 block of East 116th Street in the Broadway-Manchester area. According to reports, Plummer had just parked his car in front of his home and was walking inside when a light-colored sedan drove by. A person in the passenger seat began shooting at him.
