On November 8, 2021, Bahsil Garrison, a 16-year-old Black male from Philadelphia, PA, was fatally shot in a double shooting incident in West Philadelphia. The incident occurred around 3:30 p.m. near the 900 block of Belmont Avenue, close to a bus stop filled with children.
