Jaleel D Huggins Cotton, a 21-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on August 7, 2020, in Philadelphia, PA. He was discovered lying in the street on South 52nd Street, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite the immediate response from Philadelphia Police officers and the efforts of medical personnel at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, Jaleel succumbed to his injuries that night.
