Chien-Kuo Lin, a 67-year-old man of Asian ethnicity, tragically died on May 22, 2016, in North Wales, Pennsylvania. He was found shot to death in the garage of his ex-wife's home. Lin had called the police to request an officer's presence while he collected his belongings from the home, but the officer had left before the incident occurred.
