On July 5, 2020, 15-year-old Angelo Walker, a Black male from Philadelphia, PA, was tragically shot and killed while riding his bicycle on Nassau Road. Angelo was a sophomore at Frankford High School and an aspiring football player. He was shot just before 8:30 p.m., and despite immediate medical attention, he succumbed to his injuries that night at Lankenau Hospital.
