Shahib Williams, a 20-year-old Black male, was tragically murdered on October 27, 2019, in Philadelphia, PA. At approximately 9:27 a.m., Philadelphia Police Officers responded to a call on the 4700 block of Shelmire Avenue and found Shahib suffering from a gunshot wound to the back of his head. Despite the immediate response from medical personnel, Shahib did not survive the injury.
