Rudolph Jordan, a 57-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on December 15, 2021, in Philadelphia, PA. He was shot multiple times on the 4300 block of North Carlisle Street and was found lying in the street by Philadelphia Police officers at 6:19 p.m. Despite being rushed to Temple University Hospital, Jordan succumbed to his injuries that evening. Another victim, a 23-year-old Hispanic male, suffered a graze wound to his forearm and was treated at the scene.
