Alexander Ruiz, a 25-year-old male from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, tragically lost his life on October 25, 2014. The incident occurred just after midnight on 4th Street near Indiana Avenue in North Philadelphia. Ruiz was found by police officers with a single gunshot wound to his chest.
