Jeffrey Gavin, a 46-year-old man from North Philadelphia, was found shot to death on May 14, 2025. His body was discovered on the rear first-floor rooftop of a residence in Philadelphia’s Kensington section. Officers responded to the scene on the 1800 block of East Albert Street around 8:45 a.m. after receiving a call about a person with a gun. Upon arrival, they found Gavin deceased.
