Rasheed Chiverton, a 43-year-old male from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was shot in broad daylight on April 19, 2023, on the 2900 block of North Stillman Street in North Philadelphia. Police said the shooting happened around 8:07 a.m., a time when the neighborhood would have already been awake and moving through the morning. When officers arrived, they found Chiverton suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, including wounds to his neck, back, and lower body.
