Meshach Brighty, a 21-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on August 4, 2015, in Philadelphia, PA. He was found lying on the street around the 5300 block of Berks Street with a gunshot wound to his head. Brighty was pronounced dead at the scene.
