In the evening hours of a Monday in West Philadelphia, 22-year-old Hakim Zaboor was out walking his pit bull puppy on the 300 block of North Horton Street, a familiar routine for the young man who lived on that same block. The quiet street was shattered by the sound of a single gunshot. Zaboor was struck once in the head.
