In the early moments of a Tuesday morning, on May 13, 2014, the life of 22-year-old Williams McCutchen was tragically cut short on the streets of his own neighborhood. A Black male, McCutchen resided on the 1400 block of South 17th Street in Philadelphia, the same area that would become the scene of the violence that claimed him.
