Christian Nasir Massey, a 28-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically died on November 11, 2021, in Philadelphia, PA. The circumstances surrounding his death were linked to a robbery incident over a pair of expensive "Beats by Dre" headphones. Massey was shot multiple times by Arkel Garcia, who was 19 years old at the time, after Massey refused to hand over the headphones. Despite surviving briefly after the shooting, Massey succumbed to his injuries.
