Tahjae Brooks, a 21-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on December 5, 2022, in Philadelphia, PA. He was found lying in the street on the 4300 block of Parrish Street, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite being rushed to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, he was pronounced deceased at the hospital.
