On a Saturday morning in Philadelphia, the life of 33-year-old Edward Harlem was tragically cut short. On September 16, 2023, at approximately 8:49 a.m., police responded to a call on the 1800 block of Cumberland Street. There, they found Harlem lying in the street, suffering from a gunshot wound to the neck.
